Refund
and Cancellation Policies
To receive a 90% refund
on a cancelled date, we need a full 30 day advance notice prior to your
arrival date.
If you cancel within
15 to 29 days of your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund or you
may pick another date with no penalty.
For cancellations made
less than 15 days prior to arrival date,
there will be no refunds unless we can rent your time on short notice.
If a rental is made, you will receive a 50% refund.
